Lynn K. Talbot, professor emerita of Spanish at Roanoke College, is the coauthor, with Michael Squires, of Living at the Edge: A Biography of D. H. Lawrence and Frieda von Richthofen. Her forthcoming book, Frieda Lawrence: A Life in Letters, gathers 250 previously unpublished letters and provides a broad vision of Frieda’s life, from her childhood in Germany, her years of travel with Lawrence to her stable, settled life in Taos, New Mexico, following his death.
This program is made possible with support from the UNM Center for Regional Studies and the D.H. Lawrence Ranch Initiative.
