Lily Cat Woodbury is a writer and arts professional based in Taos, New Mexico. Originally from a small rural community in the mountains of California, Lily developed a deep appreciation for books, nature, and art from an early age. That curiosity led them to pursue a liberal arts education at Oberlin College, where they earned a B.A. in Comparative Literature with concentrations in Art and Hispanic Studies in 2019.

Lily’s professional background spans writing, event coordination, arts administration, and public-facing engagement roles in both nonprofit and cultural sectors. They bring a collaborative spirit and a passion for accessible storytelling to their work, helping the museum connect more deeply with audiences across northern New Mexico.

The art, community, and natural beauty of the region have made Taos a true home for Lily. Outside of work, you’ll often find them getting their hands dirty, appreciating wildlife, swimming in any body of water they can find, or making special Sunday breakfasts for their two beloved dogs.
