Kate Miller is a curator and artist with a background in contemporary art and interests in the intersections of art, foodways, and ecology.

Kate comes to the Harwood from New York, having held internships at David Zwirner Gallery and Eric Firestone Gallery, as well as having worked as an editor of Barnard College’s Journal of Art Criticism. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Columbia University, New York. Following her graduation, Kate spent four months in Colombia at various residencies engaging her own art practice.

Kate is enjoying learning about the rich, diverse culture of Northern New Mexico and its incredible landscape. As an artist, she explores hand paper making with local plants, cooking, and internet culture.
