As part of International Slow Art Day, Curator of Education and Public Programs, Gwendolyn Fernandez, will lead a 30-minute guided slow look and discussion in the galleries. Most museum visitors spend just a few seconds with a work of art. In this mini-workshop, you’ll learn techniques for taking a deeper dive and find joy in discovering something new. We will be looking at Gus Foster’s Sunset, Moonrise, Highline Ridge, Taos County, New Mexico.
Space is limited. Advance registration is recommended. This event is included with admission.
