Space Messengers: A Virtual Reality Experience with STEMarts Lab
Get transported to Portugal for the live projection of the Space Messengers created by STEMarts Lab and the Projecting Particles Collective. The Arthur Bell Auditorium will be transformed into a Virtual Reality station. Enter with the VR headset or sit back in the auditorium to experience the 3D model from the Palacio do Marques de Pombal courtyard where the creative team will be projecting live at the Festival Internacional de Ciencia. See the floating ‘space messages’ collected from the participating workshop students in Taos and Portugal. Meet the students both in the physical world in Taos and the virtual world from Portugal. Add your own ‘space message’ using SMS or WhatsApp and see it appear virtually on the physical wall in Portugal. Become part of the Space Messengers journey as it launches its global tour, sharing the collective messages of hope from our youth leaders as they imagine a better world.
