YouTube - Harwood Museum

The Harwood Museum of Art presents the Creative Voices series of artist interviews that bring the hidden treasures of their work, their process, and their experience as an artist to light.

Marie Romero Cash, one of the talented artists participating in the Las Santeras exhibition,  is a celebrated folk artist and writer in Santa Fe where she has lived most of her life. She has created art for a number churches in the United States and in Mexico, including Stations of the Cross for the Basilica of St. Francis in Santa Fe. Join Las Santeras co-curator Gustavo Victor Goler as he and Romero Cash explore the origins of her artistic practice, what inspires her, the mediums and techniques she utilizes and much more.
